Attorney Yukiko Takeuchi’s Bio

Yukiko Takeuchi is an Attorney with Dynamic Estate Planning. Yukiko’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial transactions, and corporate transactional law. Prior to her work with Dynamic Estate Planning, Yukiko held the role of Assistant General Counsel of Register.com where she handled diverse matters ranging from securities filings and M&A work to corporate governance and commercial contracts. Yukiko has additional experience in the fields of securities, M&A and general corporate law from her time as an associate at the multi-national law firms: Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld LLP and Hughes Hubbard and Reed LLP, both in New York City.
Yukiko graduated with a B.A. in English and Geology from Vanderbilt University and received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. Yukiko is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and New York (inactive status).
Yukiko’s transition away from New York City legal life was spurred by her desire to spend more time with her family, including her family in the Atlanta area. Yukiko is an avid hiker and traveler and lives in Atlanta with her husband and their children.
