Attorney Keith G. Landry’s Bio

Keith’s practice includes commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, formation and governance of business entities, business succession planning, and tax issues affecting individuals, businesses, and nonprofit entities. Before joining Dynamic Estate Planning, Keith practiced in-house with the BellSouth (and later AT&T) Legal Department for over 20 years and was the leader of the state and local tax group when he retired from the company. He was also General Counsel for the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, a nonprofit professional education organization. Keith is a member of the Georgia Bar Association Tax Section and the American Bar Association Tax Section, where he is a Past Chair of the Telecommunications Subcommittee of the State and Local Tax Committee. He has written and spoken on various tax topics. In his spare time, Keith enjoys traveling, cooking, fishing and scuba diving.
