Attorney & Partner Audra D. Lynn’s Bio

Audra D. Lynn is an Attorney & Partner with Dynamic Estate Planning. Audra’s practice includes estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, guardianship, conservatorship, and commercial transactions such as formation and governance of business entities, business succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. She is a lifelong resident of Woodstock, GA. Prior to law school, Audra was an executive in the fields of commercial banking and real estate. During law school, Audra was a member of the Georgia State University Moot Court Board, winning Best Brief and 2nd Place Oralist in the BMI/Cardozo National Moot Court Competition, as well as receiving CALI awards in Corporate Taxation, Real Estate and Legal Research Methods from GSU Law. She is a member of the Georgia Bar Association. Outside of practicing law, Audra enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, especially while cheering on the Bulldogs!
